As Nevada grows and pioneers new areas of surgical care, the need for more medical/surgery nurses increases. Medical/Surgery Nurses, often referred to as O.R. nurses or perioperative registered nurses, provide surgical patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing the nursing care patients receive before, during and after surgery.
